At oMIXar, we want your shopping experience to be smooth from checkout to doorstep. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, delivery, and everything in between.
1. Shipping Costs
- We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across the United States — no minimum purchase required.
2. Where We Ship
- oMIXar currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- We also ship to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please note that deliveries to these locations may take additional time.
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are supported.
- We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we're working on expanding to more destinations soon.
- P.O. Boxes: We deliver to P.O. Box addresses. However, larger or oversized items may require a physical street address for delivery.
3. Handling & Processing Time
- Order cutoff time: 10:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
- Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday periods), processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing (available on select items at checkout for an additional fee).
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and carrier conditions.
- oMIXar works with multiple trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
- If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@omixar.com.
- You can also track your order anytime by logging into your oMIXar account and visiting the Order History section.
6. Multiple Items & Split Shipments
- If your order contains items from different categories or warehouses, your order may be shipped in multiple packages and may arrive on different dates.
- Each package will have its own tracking number, and you will be notified by email as each one ships.
- There is no additional cost for split shipments.
7. Change of Shipping Address
- Address changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- To request an address change, contact us immediately at support@omixar.com with your order number and the updated shipping address.
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- To cancel an order, contact us at support@omixar.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy once the item arrives.
9. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
- A restocking or reshipping fee may apply depending on the circumstances.
- oMIXar is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to make it right.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@omixar.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Depending on the situation, we will offer a free replacement, full refund, or store credit — your choice.
- Return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items is 100% free.
11. Lost Packages
- If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps: check with neighbors or household members, check any safe or alternative delivery locations around your property, and contact your local carrier with the tracking number.
- If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@omixar.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
- oMIXar reserves the right to file a claim with the shipping carrier and may offer a replacement or refund based on the investigation results.
12. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For orders shipped within the continental United States, no customs or import duties apply.
- Orders shipped to U.S. territories may be subject to local taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
13. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
- During major shopping events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year, order volumes increase significantly, which may result in longer processing and delivery times.
- We recommend placing orders early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
- Any expected delays will be communicated on our website and via email.
