1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Used, opened, damaged, or altered items (unless the damage occurred during shipping).
  • Intimate and personal care items such as underwear, swimwear, and piercing jewelry — for hygiene reasons.
  • Beauty and skincare products that have been opened or used.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
  • Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable materials.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Step 1: Submit a Return Request — Contact our support team at support@omixar.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Receive Return Authorization — Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  • Step 3: Ship Your Return — Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve your issue quickly.
  • We will offer a full refund or free replacement — the choice is yours.
  • Return shipping for damaged or defective items is completely free.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once it arrives.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
  • Please note: depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free return shipping is provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as oMIXar is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

8. Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation, please mention this in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item has a different price, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times can vary.
